Peter
Peter Seymour is an Accredited Specialist for Personal Injury claims and has over 25 years’ experience. Peter is identified as one of the state’s leading work injury compensation lawyer and leading public liability compensation lawyers. Peter has experience in representing plaintiffs, individuals in relation to personal injury claims. His specialisation lies in handling cases related to motor vehicle accidents, work accidents, public liability claims, and medical negligence. Peter's exceptional skills and knowledge in the field of personal injury law have led him to be an accredited Personal Injury Specialist with the Queensland Law Society. Peter is also a state committee member of the Australian Law Alliance – a national body protecting the rights of individuals.
Michael
Michael was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court in the late 1980’s. He has many years of experience practicing law in Queensland. Over the years Michael has acted for many clients and assisted them with their claims. Michael provides advice in a straightforward and practical manner which clients appreciate. He can assist you in all areas of your claim and is available to help people through the stressful aspects of a claim. Outside of the office Michael enjoys spending time with his children, going to the gym and keeping fit.
Susan
Susan is the Office Manager. Susan has a bachelor of Law from Derbyshire University which she completed in 1996. She provides expert advice to clients in relation to their claims. Susan is there to assist clients in stressful circumstances, and she goes above and beyond in providing guidance and support to people when they need it. Susan has a high level of technical skills and knowledge and is also very compassionate and caring which makes her the ideal person to assist clients throughout their compensation claims. Susan has a down-to-earth approach with clients and can assist them in each stage of the claims process. She is approachable, kind and gentle and is the right person to have looking after clients in times of need. Susan also enjoys being active and keeping fit and spending time with family and friends.
Beckie
Beckie is our Vietnamese-English speaking Paralegal and has much experience in assisting our Vietnamese clients with Personal Injury and TPD matters with a language barrier. Beckie has worked with our firm for over 10 years and greatly enjoys the TPD/Superannuation area. When Beckie is not at the office working hard, she loves overseas charity work and loves spending time with her daughter.
Vi
Vi (pronounced V) is employed as a Client Care Manager with the firm. Vi assists clients and manages claims in terms of ensuring each client can access any rehabilitation they may need whilst their claim is ongoing. Vi also helps clients manage their affairs whilst the claim is ongoing and can assist them with any queries they may have. Vi has spent her career learning the importance of customer experience and customer care and her focus is upon ensuring that each client is looked after throughout the claims process. She is there to answer any questions clients may have and is regularly dealing with clients in situations they haven’t faced before and is there to lend a helping hand to guide them through stressful times. Outside of the office Vi enjoys skateboarding and exploring Brisbane.
Emma
Emma is employed as a Paralegal and has over 17 years’ experience in the legal industry. Emma is known for her attention to detail and greatly prides herself with providing care and assistance to our clients, ensuring that all clients are not left in the dark. Emma enjoys going to the gym and loves to spend time with her family.
Grace
Grace assists clients with their queries. She ensures that each client understands the process of what is involved with their claim and is available to discuss matters with clients when they have queries. Outside of the office Grace is a keen soccer player and also attends the gym regularly to keep fit.
Ragnar
Ragnar is in charge of happiness within the workplace and provides support to staff when required. He is enthusiastic in his role and very caring. He is there to help staff work together and maintain a harmonious environment within the office. His enthusiasm for the role is quite apparent and regularly needs to be calmed down as he get such personal satisfaction and enjoyment out of assisting staff members. His role ensures the staff are grounded and is always there to look after people when required.
