Our firm is proud to be associated with and a sponsor of 96.5FM.
As you may be aware, this is a community-based radio station and therefore relies heavily on funds from sponsors. We feel that the station does a great job and we are proud to be associated with them, and assist them with the work they do in the community.
We are a specialised boutique firm. We act for individuals who have suffered as a result of someone else’s negligence.
We have over 25 years’ experience in assisting individuals and in pursuing these claims.
Principally, the areas which we practice in are in relation to motor vehicle accidents, Workcover or work accidents, and also public liability claims. We also assist individuals with claims under their super in relation to TPD (Total and Permanent Disability) and Income Protection claims.
All claims are pursued under the terms of our No Win, No Fee policy. This enables clients to be provided access to justice in circumstances where they may not be able to otherwise afford it.
Our No Win, No Fee policy extends to all outlays and disbursements, in that clients are not required to contribute any costs towards their claim whatsoever.
If the claim is unsuccessful, clients are not charged. If a claim is successful, however, costs are recovered from the insurer and paid at the conclusion of the matter. We genuinely care about each claim we pursue. We have the resources and capacity to take on the insurers head-on, to ensure that each person receives the maximum amount they are entitled to.
We offer a friendly environment and are able to see clients at times that suit them, whether that be after hours or on weekends if required.
If you require assistance, we are the right people to speak to. We are experts at protecting your rights to look after your family and loved ones.
We align ourselves with the values of the radio station of 96.5FM and are pleased to be associated with them.
